Senior Nurse, Sue McGregor started her Nursing career in 1984, graduating as an RN and gaining experience working at the Royal North Shore Hospital in both the General Surgical Ward and within the Fertility Clinic.
In 1994, Sue started a position within North Shore Assisted Reproductive Technology and over a period of 3 years she gained knowledge and experience in many aspects of IVF nursing.
After a short break, Sue took up a position within a Private Hospital in Dee Why working in the Medical and Surgical Wards. Sue then moved into the area of Allergies working at the Advanced Allergy Elimination Clinic in North Sydney.
It was at this time that Sue started to work part time at a large Integrative Medical Clinic, Your Health Manly, managing the IV therapies Clinic, undertaking cannulation and the administration of IV therapies and nutrients.
In 2006, Sue gained her Diploma in Nutrition at Nature Care College.
In 2009, Sue completed a Bachelor of Health Science/Nursing at Southern Cross University.
In 2010 until 2012, Sue also worked part time managing another IV Clinic at the Natural Medical Clinic in Mona Vale, working alongside Dr Joachim Fluhrer.
In 2013, Sue commenced a position with the Australian Catholic University as a Clinical Facilitator and Nurse Educator, a position she still currently holds today.
In 2015, Sue gained her Graduate Certificate in Clinical Education at the Australian Catholic University.
In 2017, Sue completed her Masters in Public Health at the University of New South Wales.
Sue has been involved as a Senior Nurse Mentor for the Nurse Lead Clinics Project.
Sue is still involved with Your Health Manly, on a casual basis in the IV Clinic whilst she is also working at the Australian Catholic University in her role as a Nurse Educator.
It was in 2010 that Sue first started to lecture for the Australasian College of Medical Nutrition - ACMN - leading the practical demonstrations to Doctors and Nurses on nutritional therapies and nutrient administration and also lectures regarding aseptic procedures and the setting up and running of an IV Clinic.
2018 to -- AIMN lecturer for the Injectable Nutrients workshop.
